BMD is an inclusive follow-along dance class, for all ages, levels – for more and less experienced movers. Movement always reveals and revels in every body. Each participant is welcome to dance and learn through their physical and energetical present resources, limitations and challenges and follow at will the movement suggestions I will offer.

Come easy, wearing your comfortable clothes.

‘What became increasingly apparent was the value of the inherent structure of dance as a regulating power that could free someone to express feelings, build relationships, and change attitudes towards living’, Irmgard Bartenieff

What you need for this class:

A minimum space required to stretch out on the floor.

(Optional) Pillow, mat or different size balls, if you have access to them.
