Who is this event for: Coaches of all experience levels, and particularly those new to somatic/embodiment work.

The Event

Learn from Dr. Martha Eddy, the founder of Dynamic Embodiment™ and author of Mindful Movement, the Evolution of the Somatic Arts and Conscious Action.   We will define somatic awareness, explore principles of a somatic/embodied practice, discover why they are important in coaching work, and how they align with ICF Core Competencies.  Participants will experience first-hand Dr. Eddy’s system of Active Witnessing, a multi-sensory form of active listening and will combine Active Listening with Non-verbal Movement Witnessing to evoke our Whole Person awareness. Through breakout learning,  discover new ways in meaningful practice on sensing and coaching presence and explore a case study on “When Presence Goes Awry.”
