Mindfulness of the Body course
every Wednesday in June (6/1, 6/8, 6/15, 6/22, 6/29)
at 1pm EST.

This Mindfulness of the Body course will invite participants to deepen their embodied awareness as a gateway to living in right relationship and joy. As we celebrate the embodied mind with kind attention, we liberate ourselves from unconscious habits of perception and action. We will explore how bodily consciousness informs our emotional resilience, ecological engagement, and anti-racist activism. Mindfulness of the body invigorates our lives with somatic sensation and grounds us as we delight in our embodied being.
Each class will be 90 minutes and the course is free of charge. (though donations are always appreciated)
The classes will build upon each other, but you are also welcome to drop in if you cannot commit to all 5.
All levels of experience are welcome!
This is my final practicum for the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program I have been engaged in for the last 18 months. I am very excited about this opportunity to begin to bridge my somatic and mindfulness work.
