BMD Skype Classes are aimed at reaching folks not located in the NYC metro area, or folks who are unable to make it to in-person classes, wherever they live. You can join from the comfort of your home or wherever you happen to be! The class follows a similar structure to an in-person class– you WILL be dancing!

In order to join a Skype class, please RSVP to bodyminddancingoffice@gmail.com at least 24 hours prior to the class.

Cost: Classes are $15 or $50/4. Each time you bring a friend, you both take class for $10!
