Trauma burns bright on the radar screen of healing modalities. Often viewed as anomalies to be released, ranging from a bump in the road to a permanent roadblock, traumas and their aftereffects of PTSD are actually encounters along the continuum of the lifespan. Stored in the form of implicit memory, expressed in revealing patterns of language, movement, and emotion, healing requires us to examine the developmental journey responsible for any cracks in the foundation of resilience. Join this experiential, parallel exploration of soma and psyche, movement and thought forms that shape our beliefs about self and relationships.
